Trip Grade: three star

The Sanctuary High Ridge trek is a variation and moves off the beaten trail west of the Annapurna Sanctuary.  Highly recommended for those wanting a different experience.  The trek high point is the view from Kopra Ridge 3870m for excellent views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Fang and Nilgiri peaks.  

 

Itinerary / Graded Moderate to Challenging

Day 1 Drive or fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara, start trekking, camping throughout.  Day 12 Last day on trek.  Day 13 Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara.
