Tashi Delek Bhutan Plus tour visits highlights of Bhutan and include Paro, Thimphu, Punakha and Gangtey. Travellers will get an opportunity to visit some of the best of the destination and get to interact with the local inhabitants through close up encounters that include visiting families and getting a taste of local fares.
Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive Paro, check into hotel.
Day 2 Excursion hike to Taktsang “Tiger’s Nest” monastery, tour Ta Dzong Museum, Drukgyel Dzong ruins, return to hotel.
Day 3 Drive to Thimphu; tour Memorial Chorten, check into hotel.
Day 4 Tours include Dordema Buddha statue, School of Painting, Goldsmith’s workshop and Tashichodzong, return to hotel.
Day 5 Drive via Wangdi to Phobjika valley, en route tour this mid-way town, visit Gangtey monastery, manor farm guest house.
Day 6 Walk in this beautiful village and enjoy the views, visit to a farm house and interact with the host family. Enjoy local cuisine and hand-crafted woodworks in progress.
Day 7 Travel to Punakha, tour Punakha Dzong, check into hotel.
Day 8 Drive to Paro, tour Kyichu Lhagang, hotel. Option to enjoy "hot stone" baths. Farewell dinner.
Day 9 Departure.

Bhutan's Paro International Airport is connected by Druk Air and Bhutan Air flights from Bangkok, Kolkata, Delhi, Kathmandu and Singapore.
Hotels : Standard Tourist Accommodation are in the 3* and 3* plus categories with upgrades on payment of supplementary cost in locations where available.
Local Trip Leaders : all tours are lead by our experienced and knowledgeable Bhutan Trek Leaders to give you an insight from a local perspective and accompany the group from arrival to departure.
Visa : on confirmation and full tour payment; visas will be processed.
Pre & Post Tour assistance : those who plan to make pre or post tours to Nepal, India or Tibet TAR can do so, please enquire to make arrangements. Nepal and India are just a little over 1 hour flight connected daily.
Exit Options : those who do not wish to fly can exit by land to Darjeeling and Sikkim, India.
