The Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is recommended for those looking for a high altitude trek with an easy road access from the city of Pokhara west of Kathmandu.  The high point of the trek are views of Machhapuchare "Fish Tail Peak" and the Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri, Fang and Nilgiri peaks.    

The Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is one of the most popular treks in Nepal for the adventure climber.

 

Itinerary / Graded Moderate to Challenging

 

Day 1 Drive or fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara, start trekking, stay in Lodges throughout. 

Day 10 Last day on trek, return to Pokhara. Optional: spend a night here in the Phewa lakeside. 

Day 11 Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu.
